Denise Innes-Spencer

The British School of Millinery was set up  in 1996 and is now based in Merseyside. We offer face-to-face and online courses for all levels from beginners through to experienced practitioners. Our founder, Denise Innes-Spencer is a greatly experienced milliner and teacher who is a writer at large for The Hat Magazine and published her first book, Tiara Headdresses which is available from this site. Denise also teaches at universities and private trainers across the world.
