Make forehead headbands with metal tape and diamante decoration for a 1920s style headdress - deliciously Downton!
Denise will show you how to make extensions that will stand up and over the head to make diadem and crown shapes. Using her unique supplies and skills, she will show you the basics of using Metal tape (material for making metal headbands) and how to attach your decoration to the tape.
Author of the book ‘Tiara Headdresses’, Denise will take you through all the detailed stages of this course, showing you how to create this unique form of headdress.
On this course you will learn:
- How to manipulate the metal tape
- How to measure and make the forehead headband base
- How to decorate the base
- How to make the back lining as good as the front
Students will come away with:
- A decorated forehead headband
- The knowledge to make a forehead headband
- The notes to follow the steps again
